Getting a house ready
Move-in and move-out is the job we are asked for most, and the one where doing everything at once actually matters. Carpets, hard floors, windows — the whole place handed back clean, on a deadline that will not move.
Landlords, property managers and anyone selling: tell us the date the keys change hands and we will work back from it.
The equipment
Why it dries faster
We run a truck-mounted extractor rather than a portable machine. The engine stays in the van, which means far more suction than anything carried through your front door — and suction is what pulls the water back out.
More water out means shorter drying, less chance of anything wicking back up, and carpet you can walk on the same day rather than the next.
It also runs 500 to 700 feet of hose, so upstairs apartments, condos and offices are no harder for us than a ground-floor living room.

Common questions
Before you book
How long will my carpet take to dry?
Because the extractor is truck-mounted, most carpet is dry enough to walk on the same day. Airflow through the house shortens it further — open a window or run the fan and it goes quicker.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes, for homes and commercial spaces both. Call (541) 556-1390 and we will come and look at what is actually there rather than guessing over the phone.
Can you do a move-out clean on a deadline?
Yes — it is one of the jobs we do most. Tell us the date the keys change hands and we will work back from it.
Do you clean car interiors?
We do, and very few carpet cleaners around here will. Seats, carpets and headliners, cleaned with the same extraction equipment.
