Car interiors, windows and gutters — the work most carpet cleaners do not offer
Three jobs that usually mean three companies. We have done all of them alongside the carpet work for years, which is why getting a house or a car ready here is one phone call rather than an afternoon of phone calls.
Auto interiors
Seats, carpets and headliners
The extractor that cleans a living room also cleans a car interior. The engine stays in the van, so there is far more suction than a machine carried out to the curb can manage, and suction is what pulls the water back out of a seat.
More water out means the car dries sooner and does not sit damp for days. Seats, floor carpet, mats and headliners — the same hot water extraction, worked at the smaller scale a car needs.
Trade-ins, private sales, a returned lease, or the slow accumulation of a family car. Tell us what is on the seats when you call and we will arrive with what that particular mess needs.

Window cleaning
Inside and out, homes and small commercial
Glass is the surface you stop seeing. Then the low winter sun comes in at an angle and every mark on it is the only thing in the room. Cleaning the inside as well as the outside is what makes that difference, and it is the half most people skip.
Houses and small commercial buildings both — shops, offices, anywhere a ladder and a squeegee are the right answer. If some of your windows are above the first floor, say so when you call so we can look at the access first.
Often booked alongside a carpet visit. We are there anyway, and it saves arranging a second day around someone else's schedule.
Gutter cleaning
The rain finds the one blocked spot
Rain in the Willamette Valley does not arrive as a storm so much as a season. A gutter that runs freely in September can carry fir needles, moss and leaf litter down to the outlet by November, and the first steady week of rain finds exactly that spot.
What you notice from the driveway is water coming over the front edge. What is actually happening is water going where it was never meant to go — against the fascia, down the wall, into the ground beside the foundation.
We clear the troughs out, flush them through, and check that the downspouts actually run rather than assuming they do. Best done after the leaves come down and before the rain settles in.
One visit
Line them up on the same day
The car in the driveway, the windows and the gutters can be handled on the same visit as the work inside. Tell us the whole list when you call and we will plan around it instead of coming back.

Common questions
Before you book
What does a car interior clean include?
Seats, floor carpet, mats and headliners, cleaned with the same hot water extraction equipment we use indoors. Tell us what is on the seats when you call, so we arrive with what that particular mess needs.
Do you clean windows inside and out?
Yes, inside and out, on houses and on small commercial buildings. Tell us roughly how many windows there are and whether any of them are above the first floor, and we will look at the access before giving you an estimate.
When should gutters be cleared around here?
After the leaves and fir needles come down, and before the winter rain settles in. The rain in this valley does not test the whole gutter, it finds the one spot that is blocked, and that spot is usually the downspout where nothing is visible from the ground.
Can all three be done on the same visit?
Usually, yes. Tell us the whole list when you call and we will plan one visit around it rather than coming back a second time.
Next step
Tell us what needs cleaning
The car, the glass, the gutters, or all three with the carpets. A free estimate and a straight answer from the family that will be doing the work.
