Cesar Peñaloza owns the business. It is run by his family, out of Springfield, and it has been cleaning across the Eugene–Springfield area since 2015.
Who we are
A small family business, ten years in
We started in 2015 and have worked out of Springfield ever since. Family owned and family operated is the plain description of it — the people who answer the phone are the people who arrive with the van.

The rest of what there is to tell is simply what we do. Carpet and upholstery. Hard floors, waxed, buffed and polished. Car interiors, which almost nobody else around here will take on. Windows inside and out, and gutters. Move-in and move-out cleans, which is the job we are asked for most. One call instead of four.
Estimates are free, for homes and for commercial spaces both. We would rather come and look at what is actually there than guess at it over the phone.

What we work with
The engine stays in the van
We run truck-mounted hot water extraction. The machine lives in the van and only the hose comes inside, which means far more suction than any portable unit carried through a front door.
Suction is the part that matters. It is what pulls the water back out, and more water out means shorter drying, less chance of a stain wicking back up, and carpet you can walk on the same day.
The hose runs 500 to 700 feet. Upstairs apartments, condos and second-floor offices are no harder for us than a ground-floor room.
