This website is published by Emmanuel Carpet Cleaning, a family owned cleaning business working in Springfield, Eugene and the surrounding Oregon communities. By using the site you accept the terms set out below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above is when they last changed.
The site is informational
Everything here is published to describe the work we do and to help you get in touch. It is general information, not advice about your particular carpet, fabric or floor. What suits one job does not always suit another, and the only reliable way for us to tell you what yours needs is to come and look at it.
Content can change
We edit this site as the work changes. Pages may be updated, moved or removed without notice. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that the information here is complete, current or free of errors. If something on the site matters to a decision you are making, call and ask us to confirm it.
Quotes and estimates
Estimates are given in person, after we have seen the work. Nothing on this website is a binding quote, an offer or a contract for services, and nothing here obliges either of us to anything. A job is agreed when we have discussed it with you directly — not by reading a page.
Photographs and before-and-after images
The photographs and any before-and-after sliders on this site are illustrations. They show the kind of work described; they are not a record of a particular job and they are not a guarantee of any particular result. Fibers, age, wear and whatever caused the mark all change what is possible. We will tell you what we think we can do before we start.
Links to other sites
Some pages link out — to our Facebook page, to our Google listing, and occasionally elsewhere. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your information. A link is there for convenience. It is not an endorsement.

The text, images, layout and code on this site belong to Emmanuel Carpet Cleaning or to the people we license them from. Please do not copy or republish them for another business. You are welcome to read the site, print a page for your own use, and share a link to it.
